39 Ft Travel Trailer with 2 slide outs - sitting on seasonal camp site in Greenwood Campground off 190th just south of Hastings.

2015 site rent has been paid ($1450) so the only expense for the rest of the summer would be electric. You are more than welcome to move the trailer off the site - just need to pick up the deck first and it's ready to move.

Quiet campground with only seasonal sites, so there is not weekend commotion. Campground has a pool, playground and scheduled activities each month.

Sleeps 9 - Queen size bed in back bedroom with private entrance. Dining room table becomes a bed, couch is full size hide-a-bed, single bunks in the front along with a table in the front that folds into a bed.

Three TV's - all have DVD players and living room has a VCR that works, as well.

Just replaced the refrigerator last summer. 2 30lb propane tanks that are full are included.

Move in ready!! You can keep the patio table, 2 Rubbermaid storage units, most dishes, post, pans, vacuum cleaner, electric heaters, coffee pot, toaster, electric frying pan, and misc kitchen utensils.
